Account & billing#
Is there a free plan?#
Yes. The Free plan covers one organization, fifty documents, and three links — enough to try every core feature before upgrading.
Can I change my plan later?#
Anytime. We prorate the difference automatically when you upgrade and let you downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.
What's the cancellation policy?#
Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period and on annual plans we refund the unused time.
Documents#
What file types are supported?#
PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, PNG, MP4, and most common office formats. See Uploading a document for the full list.
What's the upload size limit?#
Limits scale with your plan — see Upload limits for current numbers.
Can I update a file after sharing?#
Yes. Replace the file and the same link automatically serves the new version. Viewers always see the latest revision the moment they reopen the link — no need to re-share.
Can I revoke a link?#
Yes, instantly, from the document row. Active viewer sessions are kicked on their next page load.
Data rooms#
When should I use a Data Room instead of a Document?#
Use a Data Room when you're sharing more than one file with the same audience, or when the experience matters (fundraising decks, due diligence, M&A). Otherwise, a Document is faster to set up. See What is a data room for the full guide.
How many Data Rooms can I have?#
Plus = 1, Pro = 3, Max = unlimited. See Pricing.
What is Plox AI?#
AI that turns your pitch deck into a dashboard of metrics and summaries inside your data room. See Plox AI.
Security#
Where is my data stored?#
In SOC 2 Type II compliant data centers, encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Can viewers download my file?#
Only if you allow it. See Disabling downloads.
Can viewers screenshot?#
Mobile screenshots are blocked. Desktop screenshots carry the dynamic watermark, so leaks are traceable to the specific viewer.
Analytics#
When do I get notified of a view?#
In real time — both an email alert and a live entry in your Analytics tab. See What events trigger alerts.
What does "completion rate" mean?#
The percentage of the document a viewer scrolled through in a single session. A drop-off mid-document is one of the strongest engagement signals you can read — see Tracking your document for what to do about it.
