Yes, every new workspace starts on a 14-day Data Rooms trial with full access, no credit card required. After it ends you stay on the free plan unless you upgrade.
Of course. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly anytime from your workspace's billing settings, changes take effect right away.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops back to the free plan.
Yes, add your company name, billing address and tax/VAT ID in the billing portal and they'll appear on every invoice.
Plans are per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace and still keep any number of free workspaces.
You can change the email on your account from your account settings in the Plox app.
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly, and choosing yearly works out cheaper than paying month to month. You can switch between the two anytime from billing settings.
No. You can use the free plan with no card on file, and every new workspace also gets a 14-day Data Rooms trial without a credit card. You only add payment details if you decide to upgrade.
Paid plans are billed per seat on the workspace. You can add or remove teammates at any time and your billing adjusts automatically, so you only pay for the people who are actually using Plox.
